2010 Race Entry
To Enter the Triathlon and Associated Events you will need to provide

a) Registration Details

b) Payment of Fees

Options for providing Registration Details

1. Using the Official 2011 Entry form
   a. Download and Print <download pdf>
   b. Complete the form, including signature(s)
   c. Return the completed form either by:
        i. Scan and Email to: jennie@oyster.net.ck
        ii. Mail to:    PO Box 576, Rarotonga Cook Islands

2.  Electronic Entry form
   a. Download either Excel or Text file formats from the following links:
        i. Excel  <download link>
       ii. Text <download link coming soon>
   b. Complete the details within the selected file
   c. Save the completed file and attach to an email to jennie@oyster.net.ck
   d. At Registration you will be required to sign the Waiver Release and Indemnity (as shown in the Official 2010 Entry form).

Options for providing Payment of Fees

The total amount due (in NZ$) is calculated automatically if using the Electronic Entry Excel file.
Otherwise the total is done manually by tallying the figures on the Official Entry Form or Text file.

Payment of fees can then be done using one of the following options:

1. Bank Cheque or New Zealand personal cheque, payable in NZ$, posted to PO Box 576, Rarotonga Cook Islands. New Zealand cheques and notes are negotiable in Rarotonga as we use New Zealand currency.

2. Electronic Funds Transfer to in NZ$ to
     Bank Name:   ANZ Bank Rarotonga, Cook Isands
     Acct Name:    Cook Islands Triathlon Association Inc.
     Acct Number: 121796
     Reference:    <Name> eg. J.SMITH

3. International Funds Transfer in NZ$ to
     SWIFT code  ANZBCKCR
     Acct Name:    Cook Islands Triathlon Association Inc.
     Acct Number: 121796

     Reference:    <Name> eg. J.SMITH

Important Note:
If paying using options 2 or 3,  please send a copy of your deposit receipt to jennie@oyster.net.ck.
A Reference containing your first initial and surname will assist us in identifying the sender and matching it to the copy of the receipt.

Confirmation of receipt of funds will then be sent to the email address used advising of the transfer when the funds have been cleared.
Payments must be cleared by 5:00pm, 11-Apr-2011 so if paying by cheque or  transfer funds be sure to allow time for processing.
